# Hello Hivers! 🚀 😎 🚀 What is the first thing after celebrating the New Year and exchanging greetings? I'm a little tired from all the celebrations 😵‍💫 but the answer can only be HPUD. Increasing your Hive Power is one of the best things you can do on our blockchain. By doing so, you're growing, and the entire Hive Blockchain grows. So, I convert all liquid Hive into Hive Power. The first day of the month, or the first day of the year, in this case, has always been the day for HPUD, at least for me.
