This account follows the people that cast downvotes, its vote is very small, ignore it.
The upvote I have given you is more than I have negated, accept that as more than you got coming.

This account gives me a list of potentially troubled accounts, not all downvotes are legitimate, but if you don't follow along you will not be able to discern which are, and which are not, valid flags of abusive authors.

FYI, downvoting back is not a viable tactic, strategically it makes you look petty, weak, and unaware that people with more stake than you win any battles you choose to engage in.

Your best bet is to move on from this and don't try to tell people what it is that you are willing to accept from them.
You have no clue which accounts are friendly and which ones don't forgive.

Some will set a bot to flag everything you post, comments included.
There are thousands of people that have been driven away from the pool, largely over getting emotional about flags.
This comment will get flagged, and you see how little it is that I post from it, but one of those non-forgivers has set his bot loose on me and the crowd has yet to turn on him in any numbers.

Rewards are not yours until day 7.
Up to that point the community can come in and send them all back to the reward pool just because they are mean and there is nothing you can do about it, some just like to hear grown ass adults boohooing over a few bucks, and not many here are trying to get on the bad side of those, or any other, whales.
Money is more important than principles to most of the folks here.

Just make your original content and socialize with your friends, eventually the downvoters become the ass when you no longer give them reasons to downvote you.
At some point the crowd will turn on them, or they will stop on their own when they figure out why nobody wants to come over and visit them, anymore.
