Is it just me or are the payouts unusually low?
Have communities allowed high value posts to go mia?
Why are low value posts, <10stu, even on trending?
Have antiabuse efforts finally won the tug of war on the pool?
Is more stake sitting idle?
I can't tell that my vote is any larger, as would be the case if significant stake went idle.
Payouts at the bottom would widen, too.

Steem is a commons, don't you know?
Steem really needs to finish its transition from top accounts creating bag holders to top accounts looking for long term value.
Clearly, the plan, for over two years, was strip as much value as possible, for some of us.
I, for one hope those days are behind us.
