If you look on steemworld.org/@username, in the account activity section, it will show you that stinc withdrew their delegation to you because you increased your stake.
Steemd will show it, too.

As long as sbd is <1usd, and you don't need the money liquid, you will get fractionally more steem if you power up 100% of your rewards.
The opposite is true when sbd>1usd.

Until you are a minnow, ~510sp, you want to powerup as much as you can.
You will be better received by the community.
