How about you stop recruiting for your gang by spamming the newbs?
The Steem reward pool is a common pot.
When you devise strategies to increase your take from it you disadvantage everybody else.
Gangs band together to increase rewards for the insiders at the expense of everybody else.
The sooner rewards are distributed by people voting content they like, rather than content that pays, the sooner we get back to being what Steem is supposed to be about.
Rewarding authors for adding value to the blockchain.
