Improving Hive: building better tools, in the open

Hive works because people kept building on it, through bull markets, bear markets, and the quiet years. FreeBeings.io is here to keep doing that, deliberately. This is a standing project to research and build what makes Hive better: for the people who use it, and the developers who build on it.

We have history on Hive. FreeBeings.io founder (@imwatsi) built HAF Plug & Play, the Global Notification System, Hive DEX, and early work on Hive Attention Tokens here years ago. After a quieter stretch, we're back to building, and this project is part of that. Our Hive tools are open source on GitHub.

Here's how this project works: in the discussion room, you tell us your ideas, what's broken or missing and we bring ideas of our own. We prioritize together, in polls, what gets built next. Then we build it in the open and post the progress here. Surface, prioritize, build, repeat.
