... off my third workout in a row with an effective Tuesday pull-day馃槑. Decided to make a twist to my normal bent over rows (which I usually do from the floor with a more parallel back) to instead add a firm plate to stand on and utilize the safety rack for some more explosive pulls!
First of all, mixing angles and range of motion is a great way to add new stimulus to muscles that have plateaued. Second, this movement and ability to perform it explosively more closely resembles the pulling portion of a clean, which I'm also practicing for my final lift of the challenge.
Other than this, I also performed pull-ups, Lat-pulldowns, cable rows, barbell biceps curled, Dumbbell hammer curls, and a few core/and exercises.
