they say teachers have long holidays when students are on vacation, or they finish their day after school ends.
but little do they know, they work during the vacations preparing the coming year’s lesson plans, learning new facts and informations, daily lesson plans, markings and grading. not to mention, dealing with unruly and sometimes physical students.
but it’s all worth it when they see them years later, in positions that help, encourage and motivate others to succeed, or positions that improve and promote the living of everyone. even if those that accomplish these, forget the teachers the help them reach what they are today.
to them, i salut the work they provide the our tomorrows.
