But one problem i see is there. When someone promises something and breaks it ( Ned), it is close to a scam.

Nobody would use Steem with this premined Stake, if there was no promises.

The Steemit statement was they build Stuff on the Steem Blockchain and use the Steem to Fund it. And thats 100% fine because we all now it. Like a contract.

Now Ned sold Steemit under the Table. Nobody can prepare to this ( like powerdown, power up or whatever). We all invest here ( some more some less) with time and money.

Thats in my opinion a red flag too.

So i would say this fork has to happen before justin bought it. Then there would be all fine (to Steemit Ned).

Now its tricky. Because Jusin bought the Stake with promises from third person in the past ( ned).

It feels unfair for Justin Sun and its also unfair for the Steem Community. The only winner is Ned.

I think there should be super fast a big talk with Justin to clarify all.

And i hate it also to censor accounts. We are not here on facebook..... This should never happen, no matter what.

And i think current witnesses should make there statement on this too, like future actions on it.

Or as plan B we should make a poll witness thats in top 20. A witness that make no decissions itself.

So people vote for that witness can vote on a poll what there like. I now that would be fucking slow but more transparent.
