What do you think, if we change the current upvote name to Donation/support and add Like and Dislike at aditional Buttons.

So if i like a Author, i can push support and i can " like and dislike ".

I see the Problem, some content like on youtube gets more Downvotes then upvotes but a lot of attention.

In my opinion the attention has a worth too.

In gerneral i like the changes to get a fund for proposal. Because make the Steem Blockchain better is the long Term win.
