there are many reasons for fake Accounts. Not all is trolling. Its a hole Industry. Online Marketings is a Multi Billion Industry. Sell Likes / dislikes , Followers, Shares ...... Share News / Ads / Fakenews

In Steem SPS we have enough funds, i think we should use it :)
