This week's challenge brought with it one of my favorite battles to date, as my opponent and I had very evenly matched cards and either of us could have won. This card: Kulu Swimhunter, is quite good, with good life points, attack and speed, even though it is quite "basic" compared to others, however, it is very useful in battle.
This first battle, as I mentioned at the beginning is my favorite in a long time, really my opponent had very good cards and especially because he had a Grum Flameblade lvl 2 and everyone knows that this card is one of the most lethal and brutal of the whole game. Besides that my opponent also had another legendary: Ifrit Rising, whose controversial and controversial ability: "Recharge", this time was not of great help, even though it is a card with a lot of life points. Anyway, my strategy was simple, as I wanted to use as many cards with enough life points as possible, among them are: DiemonShark, Fliying Squid, Deeplurker and Nerissa Tridawn, all of them with a lot of life points that make them very useful and serve as defensive cards, as well as offensive. To counteract the slow speed of some of my cards, I placed in my formation the always faithful "Spirit Miner" and also, as this week's challenge dictates: Kulu Swimhunter. However there is a small detail that I omitted and is that the rule of this battle is "Earthquake", but at the time of choosing my cards I completely forgot that this rule was active in the battle, so as you will see I did not choose any card to counteract this rule of battle, even so, the battle turned in my favor quickly.
In this battle I was much more in favor, since my cards were well above the level of my opponent's (although often this does not matter); in this case that aspect played in my favor. In this battle I changed the strategy a bit, since I decided to use two cards with Sneak to do damage in the back of my opponent's lineup. In the first position I placed DiemonShark again and also Deeplurker (they are one of my favorite cards from the Water deck of the Chaos Legion expansion), also Pelacor Bandit which is a very useful card that I have used very little, and I think I should use it a lot more because it is quite good. Anyway, at some point in the battle things were in favor of my opponent because his Djinn Oshannus, despite being at lvl 1, is still very powerful and with many life points. Logically there is also: Kulu Swimhunter and Coral Wraith.
