Rome, Forum. 2016.

Since 35mm film first appeared, and cameras became more and more portable, the notion of street photography started to become notorious to the general public thru publications in newspapers / books / essays. Most photogrhphers in the 50s/60s when 35mm cameras were readily available, photogs like HCB, Capa, etc.. they used small rangefinders cameras with 35mm and/or 50mm lenses. That's what I use when I shoot street or travel photography.

Bologna, self portrait in a bakery. 2015

Here is me, in a bakery. That is my rangefinder camera! It's a modern version of the 60 years old film camera that inspired thousands of photographers. Here is with a 35mm 1.4 lens.

This is a 35mm camera, a Leica M6 TTL, with a (if my memory serves me good) Tri-X film.
