Yes, but right now, countries all over the world are scraping extra dime possible to solve debts etc. I think it will be some time before technology will be able to do most of what we do. It will do some things a lot quickers, smarter, cheaper etc At the same time who gets the income out of this? Those technologies are in a hands of a limited number of people in the world. It will be a real challenge to move towards a society were most people don't work for a lot of hours.
