Ethereum 2.0 continues to make outstanding progress as the ethereum community push to deliver the long-awaited ethereum 2.0 that promises to make ethereum faster for both Dapp users and developers.
Slow and steady wins the race? The word “slow” (in terms of development) has never been more emphasized here lmao. But I’m very glad that it’s (hopefully) just around the corner!

The Ethereum 2.0 version 0.12 spec was released on the 20th of May 2020 and all codes are available here. According to Edson Ayllon, a contributor to the ethereum ecosystem, “This will be the closest version to the final Eth2.0 Phase 0 mainnet release unless critical security issues are found”.
