Perhaps I have been away from the Gridcoin community too long but why does World Community Grid show up as "excluded projects" on https://gridcoinstats.eu/project but is on the Whitelist on the website https://gridcoin.us/Guides/whitelist.htm and https://wiki.gridcoin.us/Current_BOINC_Whitelist
