Well this is a tough one, but before we decide who would win, let's analyze their skillsets.

**BATMAN**

1. He's got a genius level intellect: Touted as one of the smartest men on the planet, it would be easy for him to think himself out of any situation as well as to figure a way to defeat any for, at least given enough time to prepare.

2. He knows and has mastered every fighting style in the world: To master every single fighting style on the planet, including the fighting style of every opponent he's facing is on its own and advantage over every single person he fights in hand to hand combat.

3. Near superhuman strength: He's extremely strong and has been known to be able to bench press at least 1000 pounds

4. Weapons: His utility belt is basically filled with gadgets that prepare him for anything and anyone. He's bound to have one or two things that can do some serious damage to just about any foe.

**DAREDEVIL**

1. Heightened senses: He probably has the best senses of anybody in the entire marvel universe and this means that he can anticipate any move you make and he also becomes invulnerable to sneak attacks. He may be blind, but his radar like senses give him everything he needs to win in a fight.

2. Martial arts specialist: He knows a great deal of martial arts which includes arts of Ninjutsu, Aiki Jūjutsu, Aikido, Judo, Karate, Jujitsu, Kung Fu, Silat, Capoeira, Wrestling, and Stick Fighting, not to mention American boxing as well. He could easily defeat any foe in hand to hand combat with anybody these styles of fighting or with a mixture of all of them.

Weapons: His predominant weapon of choice has always been his Specialty designed dual handed clubs which he uses to inflict non-lethal but blunt forced damage on his foes.

**THE FIGHT**

Well the way I see it, in terms of fighting ability, Batman has the upper hand seeing as he's mastered every fighting style on the planet, so whatever fighting style Daredevil decides to go with will be matched with a fighting style that best suits it.

In terms of battle smarts, Batman still trumps daredevil because of his genius level intellect. It's possible that Daredevil may have the upper hand at first because of his heightened senses and Batman's Knack for sneak attacks, but on the long run, Batman would still outsmart him and figure out a way to defeat him.

Finally, when it comes to weapons, batman also has the wider arsenal and will definitely have something in his utility belt that will be able to easily take down Daredevil.
