I love local markets, that's one thing I missed about HOME. I am from Iloilo, so we have the same dialect. I can relate to eggplants, I love eating eggplants as well, especially the "tortang talong". It showed everything I had when I was still back home, the "master siomai" and the "sago at gulaman" for a drink. I am glad everything went well with you.
