I'll share an open secret: for every CAT sent, @catnet will give a 10% vote... so up to 10 CAT can be tipped to deliver a 100% upvote alongside the tip.

If @catnet is low on voting power it will restrict upvotes to posts with cat-related tags... but the service is barely used, so that's basically never the case.
