FIV especially in combination with feline leukemia are both basically untreatable.

If you are lucky and the symptoms you are observing regress a bit, she might live for a few months longer, but you may want to mentally prepare for the worst. From what you are describing it could be the final stages of kitty's dear life.

I'm afraid there's not much good advice I can give other than try to make her feel as comfortable as you can.
