I hope downvotes rain on those who take advantage of auto voters and put out occasional low quality stuff

I'd love to see that, too! But even with free downvote mana... is that really going to happen? I mean, nobody is flagging these people putting out ever repetitive daily 1 dollar giveaways bid-botted to $200+ in rewards on day 4... liquefying all rewards through perpetual power-downs, or @likwid as beneficiary... but hey... those posts at least offer great curation opportunities.

Ok... I'll calm down again... we'll have to wait and see what happens in a post EIP world.
