I have to agree with @freedomshift there, I also found it a bit cryptic at first to identify what the theme was exactly, in hindsight it's pretty obvious, but I think it does get lost easily as the focus quickly shifts to the bulletpoints and all that. Probably putting that one paragraph in bold could already do the trick and make it a lot more obvious.
