That book looks really interesting, especially that it covers autoimmune disease and anxiety. I know a few people that could benefit from it.

Beans are easy to grow and are fun to watch growing. I find aside from the tomatoes, these ones always have significant change every time I look at them. Oh..... I need to plant some today!! OMG still so much to prep!
