You can submit evidence as part of the petition. No need to wait for discovery. Like I said, the thing about "can't have evidence until discovery" is part of the hoax. Discovery is when you can request evidence from other party. You can file anything you'd like with the petition. Of 40+ lawsuits, no evidence was submitted. There has yet to be any evidence to support the claim that wide-scale voter fraud occurred. Anyone believing it is either stabbing in the dark, or fell for the hoax
