In Estonia we have a saying: "A person learns all his life, but still dies a fool"

I hope the meaning doesn't get lost in translations, but I look at it the same way as when people say that you can't bring money/wealth to the grave with yourself, only instead of wealth, it's knowledge.

It doesn't mean that I'm not for the Continual improvement. I absolutely look for ways in my life to constantly keep improving myself.
Because my motivation is not the progress, but rather the result, I find myself burned out from doing "what's good for me" all the time. It has made me realize that I should not push myself over the limit and has taught me to take breaks where needed and relax my way towards CI.
