This walk apart from the obvious (which is walking of course), had also a predefined purpose and a protagonist. It was meant to be a photo-shooting for our dog as we were walking along the coastline. And although he isn't very keen on modelling, he was supposed to be the star of the day!
But things turned out otherwise, as they tend to do, against our will!
We were only a few minutes away from home when we passed by this lady, in the picture above. She looked at the dog with a contemptuous glare and posed for me like a true diva, stealing the limelight of our canine friend, in a split second :)
I already knew that I had taken the best picture of the day so I set aside my plans and decided to let chance guide my camera!
The day was brilliant for one more time and the light fog on the opposite coast, that hadn't dissolve yet, added a mystical touch to the scenery! I take this route very often and yet there is always something new to offer to me.
One more cat, a beautiful flower and the dog seems to wonder what is going wrong with this photo-shooting and what happened to all the treats that he was supposed to have when he poses :)
Arriving at the park we were welcomed by the pigeons, undoubtedly the masters of this plot!
With the permission and under the constant supervision of the cats of course :)
I intended this post for Saturday, in honour of the #caturday but for one more time life had different plans. I guess Sunday will have to do :)
Have a lovely week ahead!
The camera that I used is a Canon EOS 6D mark II with an EF 100mm f2.8L macro lens attached. I edited the photographs in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic .
All the pictures and the words are mine.
