One more really busy day at the farm today and a ton of hard work planed for the weekend. Don't you just love spring?
I am just kidding, of course I love spring but for the farmers it is a very tiring season. But I don't want to tell you about my work. Now I am home relaxing and I want to share some of the beauty that I see every day and I managed to capture a few days ago :)
This breathtaking blooming is from an almond-leaved pear (Pyrus amygdaliformis or Pyrus spinosa if you enjoy the Latin names). Its fruit is hardly edible but look at those flowers, totally mesmerising, and the bees adore it too :)
But the sage is blooming too and competing in beauty and aroma! Actually I just realised that there is a beauty competition taking place right at my doorstep and it is the best I could ever imagine :)
Last but not least a few wildflowers in an absolutely fabulous variety of colours and shapes decorating our fields!
That's all folks, have a lovely weekend, I most probably won't be around but I am sure there are going to be many more amazing posts from you guys!
And now it's time for my beauty sleep :)
All the pictures and the words are mine.
Thank you for reading and if you want to know more about me you can check out my introduction post.
