Awww, sorry about the fingers and foot! Hiking on a bad foot can be really painful. I had a similar experience walking miles on a sprained ankle in Italy. It looks like you found some beatiful areas, though.

Is there any other signage for that airport? It seems so random and inconspicuous. Hopefully, it's far enough from the road that they don't have to worry about a car throwing off someone's landing or takeoff.
