All photographers say it's good to shoot close to home. Agree, there is always something to photograph in different weather conditions, but if I remember almost every frame, what was difficult, what was I thinking at the time, what was my mood.
I think I've seen all the landscapes with my own eyes, of course, and it's time to go somewhere else....
That's why sometimes I write that I bore my photos, so you probably know all the photos.
