Interesting... I was kind of looking when a project like this would arrive on STEEM. I know already something "that resembles this" on EOS, called KARMA, but the initial concept here is very different.

I would say that there is a good opportunity for tribes like this to vote on proposals, discuss them and point out pro/cons strategies to support not just a wider community on STEEM, but also to create the necessary pillars to support the current true ones for longer time. Blockchain without value there is no point... so everyone entering onboard, needs to understand that everyone has to give something, otherwise things will not succeed.
