The Eastern wisdom recommends that every person has four goals in his life for his full realization, which should be pursued throughout his life. These are: material well-being, emotional well-being, moral well-being, and spiritual well-being. The main thing is not only to understand them and to seek them - going the path of life, we change, so our interests and goals can change naturally.
We are born, grow up, learn, eventually begin to take the path of independent life, assuming responsibility for ourselves, our lives. And for that we spend about one third of our lives. At the first stage of life, we learn to live in the society in which we were born, we take in social traditions, values, and rules of commonwealth.
Of course, at this stage, we also strive for something at the beginning of what our family, relatives, world view pushed us to. After that, our school became increasingly influent us. Then the community in which we lived and acted is changing our interests. We developed talents, the creative, social, works, and other activities. We wanted to understand ourselves, to understand what we can, what we want or what we can desire.
The four well-beings - material, emotional, moral, and spiritual - how deep are they filling the diverse content of our lives? Which of them dominates, in which areas of our life, activity? Will we be able to discover all these qualities in our essential goals with which we go through our life? Which of them should be our goal?
