I think you guys are heading in the right direction. New players (in the middle of the round) can already prepare, even if they are not able to compete straight away for the big pot, but I still think that some random ness of the start of the round would be beneficial, especially because once you make this game popular, people will straight away build bots that will programmatically do things. And that is NOT an "IF" thing, it will happen. So, thinking about how to compete with bots will be something that interests everyone here. The majority of players despise bots, and that is always a hard thing to fight.

Anyhow, really, really excited about the progress so far.
