Some people say it takes 2 years until your body gets used to the new weight, so it's normal to feel the pressure.
I have been slowly lowering mine, too (successfully and very slowly). And I am still very confused why sometimes I feel fine for 48h while having just 2 meals (like a burger, no fries, and a grilled pork chop with some veggies), normal amount of water, 2-3 coffees (no sugar, no milk) and nothing else... and some vitamin C or omega-3 oils supplements during winter at least. But other than that... sometimes it's very easy to just chill like this, and just don't understand why...
Some other days, I like craving to eat 4 meals a day... 🤦♂️🤣🤤 2-5k Cals, and the issue is you don't even understand until it's too late (aka time to bed). And nothing of this is because of exercise... even if I do it sometimes.
