One person's double bottom is another person's bearish breakdown.
One person's fall wedge is another person's bull pennant/flag.
Plus, do you draw your lines from wicks or bodies?
It's all so subjective.
Technicals used like this are so subjective, indeed!
While anyone can draw a pattern and make an argument for why that pattern is right, the only thing that matters to a trader is that they make consistent money.
This is why I've tried to strip back my analysis to purely horizontal support/resistance and to view them as zones rather than hard levels. This means I only use technicals to set my risk per trade and not to make future predictions.
Anyway, bring on the Bitcoin rip higher ;)
