Yesterday we saw card #6 of our Scarlet & Violet booster, today I'm revealing #7
Our seventh card is a Team Star Grunt which had number SVI 195/198
At first the trainer card doesn't seem 
But there are two things to consider. A) your opponent "loses" initiative with energy simply because he's now one energy down. B) you can combine with with other other cards or abilities to make your opponent shuffle their deck, this might especially be useful if they have a small hand. C) shuffling is not perse the best option because if you leave the energy there they have a "dead" draw when their turn starts.
