Thank you

Very true @johano. As a recovering addict, for me it's all about scheduling. I schedule certain times of the day to check my email, check my #steemit, write, even responding to texts. I've turned off almost

oops!

i like Greek yogurt because it's high in protein, but making your own is excellent because you get to be in control of what goes into it.

Happy birthday!

Love it!

I'll definitely look into it. Thanks for the invite!

Sometimes the hardest ones to teach are our own children. While I taught my girl karate for 3 years because I think it's an important skill for every child, I don't "teach" her anything else.

Very informative. I've recently stopped drinking from plastic water bottles for this very reason. Unfortunately this stuff is everywhere and so hard to stay away from :-/

Dude, you gotta check your email!

I feel like I need to start growing a beard, but I don't think that it'll be as impressive as yours!

Awesome! I love how your brain works and would love some advice. My daughter is 13 and spends 75% of her time with her mother and her wealthy grandmother who spoils her a lot. I try to educate her on money

As a fellow martial artist, well said!

Looks like fun!

Nice. It's amazing what we can create when we understand how the brain works.

Looking forward to reading your posts!

Cryptocurriencies will be the world currency of the future. The sooner we can accept that the sooner the future will be here.

I love the comparison of money to food and fitness. Also, if you do nothing with your food it eventually spoils. If you do nothing with your fitness so do you!
