Wishing good day and warm greetings to all the people present here in this blog, for becoming an inseparable part of the glorious platform of education where the burning knowledge of science and the fine arts and crafts of the broader faculties do disperse the lights to magnanimity of rational sense and the human attitudes.Without here, where can you watch this?
We all have the proper knowledge to make all the people around us, both educated and filled with morality, but its not just about the brilliance of the students whom we teach or the good senses of education that they learn from us, but we teachers in fact hold a massive load of reresponsibility to guide them in a proper and magnified way.
I always say that to the educators,
Being a teacher is easy,but an educator of divine quality is tough.
I guess this is true and is applicable to all the fields of education, irrespective of the courses,classes,degrees,institutional differences and the broad spectrum of it. This question arises from the deepest core of heart, that the flavour and the fragrance we offer to the newly sown seeds of the young spirit,can they be that much great to become a great tree which will provide all the services and make all the necessary sacrifices when the country needs them?
I asked the question in the past, and still as an educator ask the same way,if I developed the spirit and the essential devotion to the cause of the leader to preach the paths of enlightenment and the torch -bearing flames, which not just burn out but scintillates sparks and the light of character to tackle all the situations of life with the moral ability of ethics and the tolerable practices.
When I do find that, I am true to my answer and the promises I kept upto the limit to where I say that with me,then I do get right and that tells me the honest means of my profession I hold onto. Thats what it takes to be a great teacher. Now,with this faith and the rigidity of tbe sacred oath can take us to the degree of knowledge and if we, being an educator, be true to the principles we set by ourselves, then we can be satisfied that, the young minds have the chance to shine in the life ahead.
At the beginning of my today's write, I said, being a teacher is easy,but when it comes to become an ideal teacher and not just with lots of knowledge and the brilliance to teach them what to do with math problems or how to solve a physics problem from in depth point of view, using the intellectual capacity to the utmost degree, still more left to teach them.
Today or tomorrow they will pass out from the college and the schools, as they would graduate and enter the real life. Then they will certainly start something which will show their latent talents and the excellence with which they will make solution, once we as a worksman failed to make out of.Thats a matter of pride, huh ha!!
But, what will left alone is whether they are filled with courage and boldness and the content of the character that is needed to move out mountains and conquer something great with those spirit. Now, as they pass morning to evening to the institutions, they would only learn that from us,the teachers. Because,they are not just students, but they are ardent follower of how we behave and act with thr scenarios created from the real life.
So,now its understandable that, if they lack the spirit it needs to mould their character their only sense of character would keep them capable but fragile and weak,its like knowing all the tactics to ride an aeroplane, but lacking the proper skills and the mental training and the moods attached to that particular skill setting.That is what the examples look like, if we compare the urge for holding the character as an educator and the needs of building the essential skill.
Hopefully, my little message would help those to know, what that is needed to maintain the skills and the character traits that we all need as a teacher and preacher. This is my request to all of you reading this,to have some impression on mind and acting upon it so tha lt we could see a better world with improved and extended dimension of learning.
