Well one day, walking downtown I came across this craziness..
Yes I know westys are awesome and cute...even these ugly boxy ones...but they will straight murder your face. The engines were designed in such a way that the fuel line and inline filter would run overtop the engine. Yes, the engine is hot, fuel is flammable, pure crazy fire melting innocent vehicle bystanders!
This happiness on wheels burned to a fantastic well done, while melting the 2 cars behind it. Just crazy. I had just recently sold my 1971 Westfalia, the relief I felt! Moral of the story is, buy a westfalia, and make sure you rerun your fuel line....
