This is my entry to Hive Learner Contest where I am going to share what Hive platform is meant to me.
It seems I'm becoming a regular participant of such contests which enhance my thinking level to write here. It something helps to polish my writing skills too, maybe. xD
Well, this is quite an interesting topic to write on. I would like to tell you that how I feel after joining this platform and where I'm standing at the moment.
HOW HIVE HELPED ME TO GROW?
Hive is a write to earn platform so it all depends on the one who can write specifically in English to get more exposure to the posts so it won't go waste if one write in their own native language. I used to be a Freelancer for the longer period of time which was sufficient for the rest of my life but that field demands a lot of time and energy to stay active and earned. I got a lot of responsibilities after getting married to my favourite man then I switched myself to Web2 platform which was quite interesting and thought-provoking field because being a content creator you learned way more than any field.
I create my own content from A to Z then someone told me why not sharing your content on Hive platform to earn some pennies which can even help to manage buying stuff for your video creation? I quickly jumped to this platform which I already familiar with it that how it works. With the time, it becoming an interesting thing to me then I start investing a lot of hard-earned money in the form of Hive Power. Now I can curate good content with my power which definitely adds value to this ecosystem. My account is growing too because I used to post on daily basis without skipping a day. It becomes a habit now.
AM I ADDING VALUE TO THIS PLATFORM?
I don't know if my presence on this platform adds a value or not. But it seems like that my account helped people to grow a little with my influential Hive Power value because I vote content on daily basis to use my Voting Power to 85%. In spite of, I write daily blogs where I share valuable delectable recipes which helps you to learn how to cook the specific dish for your loved ones.
I create my own style of cooking videos and write about here so if you are interested in learning cooking then you can easily get the recipe card with you. I make sure the quantity of ingredients measure accurately so taste won't get disturbed. So you guys can freely copy my recipes to make that same thing in your kitchen for your beloved family members because everyone loved to eat delicious food everyday.
CAN I BRING OTHERS HERE?
As of know, I learned a lot that how this platform works exactly to get exposure on your posts. For me, its like making connections with the people or investment is the key to survive here otherwise you won't get any exposure not even a single vote from random people of the Hive despite sharing the valuable original content. I experienced the same till now. You might disagree with this but your opinion is as per your experience so I respect it.
I would like to bring my siblings to this platform but they are already busy in their work life but I can convince them to take this platform as a side income for them. This is how they might be convinced as same as I convinced my brother to join this platform to talk about Finance topics. I will guide him how to write a post, comment, and interact with Hive world. He is already genius than me. xD
I would like to ask my friends too to join this platform and will refer them to join Hive Pakistan discord account for further guidelines. They will guide people very well unlike me who doesn't have enough time to educate people.
WHERE MY EARNING GOES?
My wallet is open to everyone who can see my actual wallet value. Thanks to decentralised world who let people to know what you do on this platform. I somewhat do not like this type of behaviour where people can check your wallet anytime they want. Well, its. a part of this ecosystem so no harsh feelings. xD
I kept investing since my joining. I invested a lot of money to increase my influence which can help people a bit by upvoting their content. This is how it also increase my Hive power too because it works like mining and it benefits both the author and curator. I liked this beauty of this platform that both step on the ladder with the same value. I will make sure not to withdraw until I reached to my desired target and desired value of each coin that I am holding.
