My True Happiness Formula is:
Good Food + Artistic Work + Tidy Home = Good Mood = True Happiness
Before this, I used to be proud of myself whenever I help someone which seems to be a true happiness definition for me but not anymore due to certain reasons. Now I found peace of mind in having good food, artistic work, and a cleaned and tidy house.
True Happiness is about enjoying your own company with the peace of mind and soul. And, I am one of them who enjoyed own company and loved to spend some alone time with Iced Coffee and working on an art project. I'm not the one who wait for someone to make me happy. In fact, I found ways to be happy by avoiding toxicity.
I liked to sit in the tidy places especially my home. The neat and clean house gives me an unexpected and unexplainable motivation to work on my favourite things as I mentioned above.
There is a corner in my home where I loved to spend my time by doing numerous things which gives me true happiness. This is me study table which I used not only to sit and study but I do every project on this table that's why it has kind of special place in my heart. The sunshine is enhancing its beauty more as you can see the below image.
Talking about the good food, I can't explain much that how delicious food stole my heart and gives me an immense pleasure. I'm a food blogger who loved to try new dishes and recording the whole process in the video form too. The best part of the food recipe videos is capturing the final dish images with my iPhone. I already shared numbers of recipes on my blog in written form.

Artwork is not only enhancing the creativity of your mind but gives you an inner peace of mind and soul. There will not be any tension left when you hold the brushes to paint a canvas board you like to show your creativity. It looks like a skill but a noobs can hold the brushes too whether one receive the rough or skilled outcome. I would like to show what I recently painted.
Here is another artwork which is actually a skill that I have. The below image you are seeing is about resin art and I prepared only 4 items yet. I also ordered few more moulds to enhance my skill level like a pro. I might consider this skill to sell online as a small business.
Can you afford this happiness?
All of the above mentioned things make me happy and I can afford that. The art supplies are pretty expensive as same as like fancy meals but I can manage to buy them all because it gives me true happiness. Can't compromise on the things that make me happy all the time.
Will this happiness lasts forever?
I believe such happiness in my life will remain till I'm alive. Things can be vanished out with the time, money can be finished at one point, the blood relations will sabotage you, but the skills you have and the abilities to enjoy such things won't go away till you are alive.
