What happened to steemit?

This downvotes here are abuse and spamming as I have indicated before.
I will repeat my comment as it applies here in my opinion.
Downvotes are becoming abuse the way negative lobby targets many steemit members.
If this downvote negative bullying continues people will have health and legal issues taken action.
Some people could be exposed to this negative bullying lobby and they might have health condition. I will not be surprised if we hear legal action in newspaper soon against some negative lobby members. See dobartim destroyed posts to verify this statement.
For some people downvote lobby abuse of millions combined lobby steem power is funny.

I don't this it is funny to downvote good work.
I even forgot downvote exists for years. Lobby attacked first innocent and family members beyond reasonable abuse with their lobby millions of steempower combined. This is kind of spamming and abusive.

This Negative lobby started first with downvoting @dobartim who is here many many years.
He inspired many and supported many new members on steemit platform
Just because he decided to follow and support many good members they decided to destroy his investment and money. Now they attack his child who is 16 and his excellent post.

If this alarming downvoting continues this abuse and spamming to any account, I invite all honest members whales and witnesses to review steemit platform as a social network coin site.
What is going on with steemit owners. How they can approve this abusive downvoting?
