However from looking at some of the graphs and the Bart Simpson Paterns - quiet posible and explains certain suddon moves
Current speculation - the exchanges themselfs, the hyper rich or "family funds"

Some say that smaller Tockens/currencies are not manipulated Yet(me say not yet)
