Justin borrowed Steem on exchanges to elect his own witnesses and revert the previous patch. The community is upset and some of Steemit staff have resigned. There may have been bugs, DDoS attacks, frustrated sysadmins shutting down their own services as a demonstration against Justin's recent act affecting user experience on Steemit and other Steem clients
