Patrick a friend of mine showed us a spot where owls sleep and stay during the day and we were lucky and the owls really were there and we could take several pictures of it. It was awake and watching us with carefull eyes. I really like these birds since they look very majestetic and are pretty big. They can fly without making a sound and usually hund during the night because of their exceptional night vision. Since they are silent hunters they can approach their prey often without the mouse or little bird even noticing. It was really nice watching and photographing the owl since the bird was noticing our presence and it was carefully watching all our steps.

I am already looking forward to my photography trips this year in spring. Now it is still a bit cold outside but every week is bringing spring closer and closer.
