Finally I managed to get some pictures of the Grey Plover on it's short break in Austria. Stefan read that another photographer found a grey plover on its passage way through Austria and we decided to visit the neaby spot and try our luck. We had luck and found the bird, and also met some other birders who were spotting different birds there. These are probably my fist pictures of the grey plover and I am happy that I have one more species on my list of birds that I saw and that I managed to photograph. With migrating birds this is always very difficult because most of them are here only for a short visit.
