I saw this movie a long time ago and to be honest I forgot for some time about it.
The movie was released 1964 and starred Tony Randall in 7 different roles.
The plot is about a circus coming into a small town.
Instead of strongman, wild animals and acrobats to entertain the people, the circus offers Medusa, Merlin and other mysterious figures.
Also instead of entertaining it teaches the people valuable lessons and gives advice.
Some foreshadowing
As mentioned it has been a while since I saw the movie but I have great memories about it.
I really enjoy the practical effects in older movies and this one is full with them.
It was rewarded an honorary Oscar for makup..

If you ever come across it or god knows why it is shown on TV I say give it a watch if you can stand older movies.
I know there are a lot of people who cant sit through a movie made before 2000.
