While the market gets flooded with dragon this and dragon that coins, I am still a sucker for those.

This will be the 5th release in a 8 part series. I could not find information about the exact release date but you have a picture and can set an alert on Apmex.
The ones before had a mintage of 5000 and where minted in Shanghai and I assume the same will be true for this one
The prices have risen quite a bit so imo it is not worth to backtrack except you really really want the full set.
