Typing before I go to bed. When I was a young boy, I practiced a religion called Eckankar, the principals and belief system were similar to Buddhist. However, in the Eck as they call it. We practiced soul traveling. As a child, innocent and pure. It was easy for me to float off afar to meet the masters of present and past.

Even the Buddhist and the Taoist has their different planes and is somewhat documented.

Even Eck has different levels of planes and you are being initiated from above.

Then, as I grew older, I was granted to enter what they called the temple of knowledge (which is on another plane as they call it). Since then, I just know stuff, I could connect things and my sense of empathy is amplifier.

In my late teens, I also practiced silat which is predominantly tied to the Muslim religion. I trained in with the Puteri Gunung Ledang, you can Google that. The princess would take over my grandmasters body speak with a different voice different posture and character. She would teach us things and give us the wisest of advice. She too spoke of a plane that takes the same space but different dimensions.

We will only be able to scientifically prove this, in my opinion, when we are able to quantify and measure what we call soul. And we will only be able to experience it in this lifetime through purity of the mind body and soul, and through an increase in % of our mental and spiritual capacity.
