With the latest news in the U.S., people are getting a little worried. IRS wanting to know about peoples BTC holdings has upset many people, while many do not seem to care. However, if you are one of the worried people...I see monero in the future.
Monero, currently, is the main anon cryptocurrency. It is used a lot on onions right now and is a top coin. I think the value of this coin will go up very soon if people are wanting to hide their holdings from gov. Zcash is another that might gain value over the next few months.
This gives me mixed feelings honestly. While I do feel the gov wants to get their hands in everyone's money and take their cut, I also feel that lying and hiding crypto's will hurt us all in the future. I do not want crackdowns, I want to make money. Just my feelings on the subject.
