We were fortunate to move into a home with a beautiful, mature rosemary bush. We use the herb in our cooking, particularly for roasts as it adds a delicious flavour and incredible aroma to our dinner π₯.
Rosemary originated from the Mediterranean and is a good source of iron, calcium and vitamin B6.
It has been used for medicinal purposes since ancient times to help with memory, digestion, to boost immunity and circulation, alleviate muscle pain and improve hair growth amongst many other reported health benefits.
The herb is very hardy and grows all year around in our garden in Cambridge, England.
